Seeing if anyone has a similar experience or guidance. We have two sheets which we are using data shuttle between:
• Client project tracker
• Internal project tracker
We have setup matching column names and types, which we want to use data shuttle to communicate updates between our two sheets. We pull unique store numbers, address, and project contacts into our internal sheet. Then we push from the internal sheet back to the client sheet start dates and fiscal month.
Data shuttle is working great for the first part of this process, but its giving errors when trying to push back/update the client tracker. We have the stores numbers column mapped as the unique identifier to merge or update data back into their sheet. But when the Shuttle runs we get an error. Currently the Store Number column is locked and we have edit rights (not admin). Does Shuttle have to "update" the Store Number in order to update the two other columns? Or any other thoughts why this is erroring? All other columns we are editing is unlocked.
