"Hello Jake, a recipient isn't receiving alerts from Invoice Status Update" notification
We created a form that feeds into a grid sheet and it has automated workflow to notify users from a cell (client emails) when criteria like "Received" and "Completed" are met
Most of them work fine, but we have a group of them which continuously come back as "Recipient is not receiving alerts)
I checked the permissions and the workflow notifications are set to "Unrestricted"
We also triple checked the email addresses and they are correct.
Recipient "trusted sender" permissions are set to allow external emails
I have detailed information including the workflow ID of the automation and the list of emails if anyone wants to reach out.
