Changing Colors - Card View

I can't figure out why the colors aren't showing up in card view with conditional formatting. It's working fine on grid view and table view.

I have tried coloring everything or just the status, and "high priority" items should have red text.

When I go to board view, it tells me to go to card view to change the conditional formatting colors, but I can't figure out why it isn't working.

You have to change the setting for the Task Bar color.
