Created "Shared Groups" for use in Dynamic View

Hello all!

My team is beginning to work with the Dynamic View add-on, and we have no experience with it yet. I've been trying to research but can't find too much on the below…

When you go to the sharing tab, there is a dropdown feature for "shared groups". The dropdown has a variety of options already, but we are wanting to create our own groups that would populate here.

Can anyone share details on how to create a group that would populate in this field?
