Hi there!
I am trying to set up 2 weekly automatic emails.
I have 57 active projects, each have there own project plan in sheets. I have a RAID log report containing all 57 projects that I have turned into a dynamic view. I want to notify the individual that has something on this log but not the whole team every Monday and Friday.
If I set this up under sheets using Automation and the condition "Past Due is checked" in the project sheet the same person could be emailed from multiple sheets.
If I set up the email under the report it is asking me to send to specific people every week and has no filters to select from.
I have had it set up before where rows were copied if they were marked "Past Due" to another sheet then set up an automation there. Made it dump weekly to clear out the sheet and start again.
People were getting the email and the dynamic view was blank because they didn't need to receive it. Making them not look at the email anymore because "they got it every week and it was always empty"
Is there an easier way??? Please help
