I have a Smartsheet that has requests for updates that go to 10 different departments. We are asking that each step in the process be completed within 24 hours. I would like to track the time it takes to complete each step.
Here's the complication, there are requests that go out to say 3 different departments at the same time. Each have inputs that are not dependent on the other, so it was ok for them to get notified at the same time. But how can I show how much time it took for each to complete their step?
Also, there are certain product types that don't require all the steps. So how can I show that the step is not required so it doesn't need to have that time calculated and added to the total time?
