I have a question about how to drive a burndown report in a Project summary:
I've built a burndown sheet that contains the Application Name, Baseline Finish, and Actual Finish dates. (Those three columns are linked to other project schedule sheets.) I've also built a Cutover Date column that lists every Friday.
In an Actual Cumulative Column, I want to look at the Cutover Date column, then check for any dates in the Actual Finish column that are before or on the Cutover date, and fill it in the Actual Cumulative column. Right now, I'm manually counting up the items in my Actual Finish each week and entering that. I would like to know of a formula where so I don't have to manually update it every week.
