Copy row function not working

Good day Smartsheet Gurus,

I have a user that is experiencing difficulties with copying over rows from one sheet to another. They have access to both sheets and have had success in completing this task in the past, but it will not work for them now. I tried from my account, and I did not have any issue copying over the rows.

What could be causing this issue?

@Mallory N Here is the troubleshooting method I would suggest:

Please ask the user to open both the source and destination sheets in separate tabs, switch to Grid View, and make sure no filters are applied. Have them select only one or two rows, right-click and choose “Copy Row,” then navigate to the destination sheet and paste the rows there. If the copy still doesn’t work, it is most likely related to permissions or differences in the sheet structure. However, if the copy works under these conditions, the issue is more likely caused by the number of rows being copied at once, or a cross-sheet formulas or is linked to other cells.
