Return blank when count total is zero

Can you give me a variation of this formula that delivers a blank if total counted is 0? I want to use it in forward months so I don't have to update the metrics sheet monthly, if possible. Thanks, Lisa

I tried the IFERROR and IF(COUNTIFS( I could find but most deliver Incorrect Argument.

Explanation of the Logic:

1. COUNTIF(...) = 0: This checks if the result of the counting operation is exactly zero.
2. "": If the check is TRUE (the count is 0), the cell is populated with an empty string, resulting in a blank cell display.
3. COUNTIF(...): If the check is FALSE (the count is 1 or more), the formula executes the original counting logic and displays the actual number.

If you're working with large sets of data that are historical, you may want to consider moving some of that data to archive sheets to reduce the load. For example keep your 2024 data on a separate sheet or sheets, you have all your totals / info calculated already and can simply pull from the totals of a helper sheet rather than counting the raw data over and over.
