I’m looking for assistance with optimizing our workflow for our project intake process. Here’s our current setup:
- All project requests come in via a single intake form.
- They populate into our Prioritization Tracker
- Rows are triaged as Declined (move to Declined sheet), Backlog (move to Backlog sheet), or Prioritized.
- If a request is Prioritized, I need it assigned/moved to the contact listed in the Owner column
- We have about 90 potential Owners (employees). Each Owner should have their own sheet/dashboard where their assigned projects show, and all updates roll up to their manager
The challenge:
I don’t want to manually set up 90 individual automation workflows (one per Owner). Is there a scalable way to automatically move/assign prioritized rows to the respective Owner’s board/sheet and have updates roll up to their TM?
Specific questions:
Is there a dynamic way to set automations so that when a row is Prioritized and the Owner is set, the row is assigned/visible on that Owner's sheet/dashboard (without separate workflows per user)?
