Hello all! Looking for some advice here. I have multiple sheets that track guests invited to events (5 right now, but it will continue to grow). I want to create a something that references them and lists only people that have attended more than one event and which events they have attended.
So for example, let's say on the RSVP list for the November Networking Mixer is Jane Doe (janedoe@fakeemail.com), but she also attended our September Networking Mixer and the Talent Connection Conference in June. I want one sheet/report/place that shows only the repeat attendees and their relevant information. I can use their email address as a unique identifier, but I'm struggling with figuring out the best way to do this efficiently. Most of the RSVP lists I have are for smaller events, but a couple are from conferences with more than 2K people each. I am trying to avoid making another sheet for everyone and then building many cross-sheet references to individually check each list.
Any thoughts on the best way to manage this? (We are getting a real CRM but not for about a year, so I'm trying to make Smartsheet work in the meantime!) Thanks in advance!
