Undelete a Sheet as an ADMIN and Owner account is deleted

I recently switched licenses and had my assets transferred to another license owner. After obtaining the new license, i had the owner transfer back the workspaces. For some reason, the sheets within the workspace did not get transferred over.

Now, the account of the license owner has been deleted, and i can see the sheet i created in the DELETED folder.
When i try UNDELETE, i get the following error:

How can i recover the sheets now

that the owner's Smartsheet account has been deleted?

Hi @Dp2022,

I noticed that you have a Support case open regarding this issue. As deleted sheets can only be recovered by the owner (see here: Recover a deleted sheet), please continue to work with the Support team to determine if the sheets can be recovered.
