I am attempted to export to excel. I have two different smartsheet documents to export. One of them exported to excel fine, but not the other. This happened a few weeks ago. I make sure all columns were the correct size & no cells were hidden.
"We have found a problem with (file) Do you want us to try and recover as much as we can"
When I clicked yes, the document did not export properly. 90% of the data is missing.
I have cleared my cache/cookies
I have logged out and logged back in
I have tried a different brower
I have read all the information I could find on the topic & used AI to assist. I am still unable to figure out what the issue is that is preventing me to export this smartsheet document into excel
