Data Mesh: Mapping incoming data to an existing hierarchy in target sheet

Hi all —

I have a target sheet that has an existing year/quarter/month hierarchy:

I plan to use Data Mesh to bring data from a report into this target sheet. This data will be updated fairly regularly throughout the year.

I've set Data Mesh to copy and add data, based on a unique ID. Is there a way to make sure incoming data follows the format above? Or do I need to take a different approach?

I'm not as worried about the updates to existing data in the target sheet, just the addition of new rows throughout the year.

To automatically indent rows and set hierarchy, you will need to leverage the API, the premium add-on Bridge, or some other similar third party app.
