Hi there, our company is still new into the new Subscription Model and we've been a bit confused on the best ways to understand the Provisional Member role. We have a fairly large user count and are now seeing quite a few come into this initially and now are trying to best manage requirements for upgrading vs downgrading. As part of this review I've been trying to use the Sheet Access report to understand what they might have access to but notice many of the Provisional Users don't show up in our user list since they aren't technically "accepted" by the admins..
Is there a way to see what they have access to so we can know whether they need a license or not? They appear in the Seat Type reports and show counts for assets, etc. but where can I see the level of sheets, etc.? This can be a large group of users for us so reaching out to them seems way to cumbersome.
