I created my Smartsheet account yesterday using my Google email (patrick@diamondsolarllc.com). My company is based in the United States, but my account appears to have been created in the EU region (smartsheet.eu).
I don’t mind being on the EU region as long as it does not cause issues, but I am currently experiencing the following problems:
The verification email redirects me to smartsheet.com instead of smartsheet.eu, and I receive an error stating that my account has been blocked by the administrator. I am able to log in through smartsheet.eu, but I cannot complete email verification.
- Developer Tools / Integration Issue
I am attempting to connect Smartsheet to GoHighLevel and need to register for Developer Tools (OAuth access). However, I am not receiving the developer verification email, which I suspect may be related to my email not being verified.
At this point, I would appreciate your guidance on one of the following:
- Fixing the region mismatch so verification works correctly on smartsheet.eu
- Or migrating my account to the US region (smartsheet.com) if that would resolve these issues
I recently purchased a Business subscription for 3 members and want to ensure that this subscription is not lost if any migration or changes are made.
