I submitted a ticket with Smartsheet about a license issue on 3/3/26, and still have not gotten a response as of 3/25/26. I have a PAID subscription, and cant seem to get any assistance to fix my issue.
Any idea how to get someone to respond to me?
Have you contacted your customer experience manager or sales rep?
I do not have one that i am aware of.
