New Browse interface

Anybody else hate the new Browse interface, forcing you to click twice to find the browse pane?

I suppose it's helpful if you only work on 10 sheets, I have significantly more workspaces and sheets.

Not impressed with the new notifications view either.

Good feedback. I think the new notification is okay but it would be nice to be able to slide the size of it horizontally.

For the browse feature, I agree. We should have 'customization' settings to disable the workspace preview.

** Rant Warning **

I believe smartsheet aligns to the needs of small organizations. I work for a Global Enterprise having users across 226 individual departments/PMO's, at 83 locations across 10 countries. Smartsheet in consistently making this tool more aggravating for us to use. I don't know who they take direction from, but they should be replaced.

At one time smartsheet was the tool of choice here, but I'm sure we are not alone in migrating solutions off of smartsheet onto one of the many alternatives. I've been using smartsheet since 2009, so I have a lot invested, but I could walk away tomorrow.

Focus on issues with the product, not on releasing non-value-added 'features'!

Hi, I am a user for a paid plan, but for some reason, smart sheets stopped letting me edit. How do i fix this so that i can edit a dashboard? Thanks!
Timeline Widget's toggle of Set the default hierarchy state keeps resetting to off
The timeline widget has a toggle: Set the default hierarchy state. I am turning on "expand lanes by default." It seems regardless if I turn this "on", save, sign out, and sign back in, it automatically changes back to "off" when I log out. I have tried clearing my browser cache.
Workspace Sharing Question
Hi Everyone, We currently have a Smartsheet business plan and we wanted to know if it was possible to invite people into workspaces, but limiting what they see in the workspace. A few users would like to be able to edit some sheets within this workspace, but it is not allowed since their accounts are set as viewers. Is…
