I’m hoping to use Smartsheet to recreate a form that I have currently designed in Word. The form will be used by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within my organization to contribute content for training session development.
The form would ask SMEs to provide details such as key topics, priority level, key messages, links to resources, SOPs, process steps when no SOP exists, and other supporting materials.
Before I build the full form, I’m trying to confirm whether Smartsheet forms support a save-and-return-later option. In other words, can someone begin completing a form, save their progress, and come back to finish it later without losing what they have entered?
This is important because some subject areas may require more time and detail than others, and I do not want SMEs to have to complete the entire form in one sitting.
