API to pull all account data instead of specific User data

Hi Team. I am in need of creating a list of Smartsheet items and their Owners. Unfortunately, while the Sheet Access report provides the list of all Users and the assets they have permissions to, but it lacks the Owner of that Asset. With the number of Users we have, it is impossible for me to run individual User Reports to see what each User owns. I have tried using Smartsheet API and I can get exactly what I want, but because the API token is attached to me personally as the SysAdmin, it only returns my information; whereas I need it for all Users within our plan.

Any other thoughts.

Thanks Paul. I always appreciate your thoughts, but I see this as a way to run the API as someone else, since I am getting only my data — that said, it would appear I would still have to run this 2500, once for every Member we have to identify who owns what. I just wish the Sheet Access report would contain the Owner, or the API call contains a command that would return all Users. Both would get me exactly what I need.
