Is there a way to bulk remove access to Dynamic View but to not take away viewing access

We have been working with Smartsheet on the new costing structure. We would like to know is there a way to bulk remove access to Dynamic Views but in a way that it does not take away access for people to view them.

Is this statement correct that in order to be able to add information in a Dynamic View they would need a license?

I saw in another post that someone asked is Dynamic View only for "Licensed Users" the reply was no that everyone within our organization should be able to view them.

Has anyone successfully done this? Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately there is no way to stop users from creating Dynamic Views. If it is part of the plan, all users have access through that button in the top toolbar of every sheet and report.

However, users do not need a PAID license to add information in a Dynamic View, but they will need some sort of account. Even a free Contributor (internal) or Guest (external) can add / edit data through a Dynamic View. Technically all users will need some sort of Smartsheet account to be able to log in to Dynamic View, but it does not need to be a paid account. The free trial accounts even work for adding / updating info in a Dynamic View until the trial runs out.
