We recently upgraded to the Business Plan with three paid members. However, we have noticed that unpaid members within our organization are currently unable to edit sheets or cells.
Could you please advise how we can enable this functionality? We have multiple collaborators with different roles, including Viewers, Commenters, Editors, Admins, and Owners. At present, the Business Plan appears to provide only Owner and Viewer permissions, which seems similar to the Pro Plan and does not meet our collaboration requirements.
We would appreciate your guidance on how to enable editing permissions for non-paid members within our organization.
