We have quite an issue brewing. We have a sheet with sensitive columns on it, thus moving to a WorkApp was a great solution. We could allow the users to be editors on the report for the rows where 'current user' was appropriate and only display the minimal columns. It seemed like a great way to collaborate, as they are editors on that report.
Big problem…they cannot be tagged in a comment unless they are a collaborator! Collaborators are only available on the 'actual' sheet - and the whole point of making them an editor only on the WorkApp report was so we did NOT have to give security at the actual report level. We don't want it to show in their sheet list. We want them to only go through the workapp.
Why in the world would an 'editor' not be able to add or be tagged in a comment?!? Anyone know of a workaround?
