As of 1:00pm CST today (6/16), I now have two separate clients that have SCC blueprints that are not provisioning projects through the automation.
- Both clients have multiple blueprints within their programs
- Both client's programs have multiple blueprints that are provisioning projects through automation with one blueprint that isn't working
- Both clients have no errors within the automation logs for the affected blueprint
- Both client's blueprints that are not provisioning automatically allow manual provisioning with no issues/errors
- Neither client has made any adjustments/changes to their blueprint configuration, their template sets within SMAR, or the permissions and sharing on the workspaces containing the intake/summary sheets or the output workspace where SCC outputs projects
- Neither client has made changes to their SCC programs
Client 1's issue was reported yesterday (6/15). No projects have provisioned automatically since Thursday (6/11). Client 1 has other blueprints that have successfully provisioned projects automatically.
Client 2's issue was discovered today (6/16). No projects have provisioned automatically since yesterday (6/15). Client 2 has other blueprints that have successfully provisioned projects automatically.
I have submitted a support case with SMAR support.
Is anyone else seeing this issue within their SCC programs? I have done all troubleshooting steps to ensure nothing obvious would be causing this.
