We wanted to report an issue we have been experiencing today with our files in Smartsheet. When trying to create new rows/cards through forms, the data did not seem to be saving — the files would load while filling out the form, but after submitting it was as if nothing had been done.
After running further tests, we have noticed that the data is in fact being saved to the cloud, but the synchronization with the sheets is extremely slow.
We would like to know whether this could be due to an internal configuration issue on our end, or whether it is a general platform incident. Are you currently aware of any performance or latency issues with the service?
This is urgent for us as it is directly impacting our workflow, so we would appreciate a prompt response.
