Hi everyone,
Since today, June 24, 2026, our Smartsheet automated emails have stopped working. Alert notifications and Approval Requests that were being delivered normally until yesterday are no longer reaching any recipients.
We have not made any changes to our workflows or automation settings. We have also checked spam folders, verified recipient email addresses, and reviewed notification settings, but the issue persists.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem today? If so, have you found any workaround or received any information from Smartsheet Support?
This issue is affecting our daily operations, so any information would be greatly appreciated.
