Resource View per task (Portfolio Management)

Hello,

I have a Smartsheet template containing a list of all projects in my portfolio. Each project takes one row, and in this row I have assigned PMs per project (up to three) including their allocations as percentage.

When I go to the Resource View, I see the allocation per PM and when clicking in their names I see the name of my main "Project list Smartsheet template" but I would like to be able to see how much time they are allocated per project (meaning per row from my main Smartsheet template).

I understand that Resource View pulls the information from all project plans, but in this case I want to be able to allocate my team from the main "Project list Smartsheet template" that I have containing all current projects.

Is this somehow possible?

Resource View is only view. The utilization rolls up from individual rows on Sheets that have Resource Management enabled.
