System Generated emails?

One of our clients is still experiencing missing system generated emails, which stated before this week's incident report and has continued afterwards?

Support suggested the issue was as the client end but after extensive testing their email is 100% fine. 

Anyone else suffering? I certainly am not personally nor my colleagues but.... ? Clients don't complain for no reason and I hate not being able to resolve it?

I'm not having issues with emails, but the notification center (from the update) is not working for me. My team members still have it though.

Remember to check your settings for sending yourself notifications. 

Account > Settings > Personal Settings > Notifications

I'm not getting any notifications from any changes. Emails are still coming through. It's not personal settings effecting me.

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of testing did you perform?

We find that sometimes emails can be blocked on a server level before they even get to the recipient's computer.

Your client may need to work with their IT to make sure the blocking isn't occurring on the domain level.

Otherwise, reach back out to our Support team because they might be able to escalate troubleshoot further.
