How do I change a user's login name
What is the correct process for changing a user's login name after they have a name change (marriage, incorrect spelling when created, etc)
I see I can change the first name / last name, but I'm not able to find out how to change the login / email address.

Assuming you're a SysAdmin on the account, you can change a user's name and other info with the steps in our help center article on Managing Users:Â https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/795920-managing-users-multiuser-plans-#editoneuser
Note that you can't change another user's primary login email address at this time, they'll have to log in and make the change themselves with the steps here:Â https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2392037-change-the-email-address-used-with-your-smartsheet-account

I have a similar problem. The documentation provided doesn't change the users username, which is their prior email address. They were able to change their primary address, but I now have two email addresses in the system for them, and I want to remove the old email address/username since it is affecting reporting. Is this possible, or do I need to delete the old account and create a new account?
