multiple date columns

i have created a sheet that has a notification date column and then a start date column and then an end date column. i only want the ghant chart to pick up the start and end date columns and not the notification date column. how do i do this???

If you have Gannt Chart turned on - click on the little gear icon in the upper left hand corner under the first day of the week. In the project settings, you can set which days are being captured by the Gannt Chart. See screenshots below.
