DataMesh not finding cell links

I am having issues with DataMesh, as it is unable to look up the values between the sheets. I checked some of them manually, and the numbers exist on the target sheet. 

I also tried to export into Excel and test this formula. Excel required a re-format of the numbers (text to number format) before it was able to successfully Vlookup the values. I have tried to re-upload the source sheet with different number formatting options and also tried to change them within the Smartsheet (adding decimal spaces, copying into a different column) and none seem to work. 

Is there anyone that can help identify what may be causing this issue?

I'm not sure whether this is expected behavior or not with the DataMesh premium app. Please contact our Support team to troubleshoot this behavior further with them. You're welcome to reply back to this thread once you find out what the correct behavior is from our Support team.
