Usability of contact information
Does anyone know a way of using the contact information when a new contact name is up-loaded into the sheets? I specifically refer to the e-mail address, as i'm unable to copy and paste into an e-mail from that tab.
To date i have just been using a separate column for e-mail addresses, but this seems to be doubling up on work when the details are already in the system.

If you're wanting to send out sheet information based on an email address in a Contact list column, you might try creating notification rules that will automatically trigger. Details on this are in the help center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/542904-using-notifications
