I'm using a web form to collect vacation request, etc. and added a System-generated column to automatically add the Created by. The form is only available to registered Smartsheet users.
Now I want to see these absences in the Resource View and to do so I need an Assigned to column. Is it possible to somehow connect the two columns? I assume if I ask the users to fill the Assigned to column with their name manually, it wouldn't work either, correct?
Or is there another way to get information collected by a web form into the resource view without manual processing of each row of data?
