DataMesh config scheduled, but not executing

We are using smartsheet to share information between functional groups and DataMesh is the primary tool used to copy/paste the information between sheets.
Recently (within the last two weeks), I have come across several datamesh configs that are not running during scheduled times. If it is set to hourly, the datamesh card is not running during that hour. I also find that updates could be a week old after forcing the datamesh card to run manually, but it was set to run hourly.
I have several examples of smartsheet sheets with new information and the datamesh card not executing the copy/paste function.
