Hi everyone,

My company just finished our event in 2017, and I want to take the same exact smartsheet from last year and use it for 2018.

Is there a way to take all my past bullets, and change the dates to 2018 without changing them all manually?

Thanks for any help with this!

Ctrl + F should give you a "Find & Replace" option.  Give that a try.

    M Fox,

I doubt you still need an answer to this, but for next year:

Ctrl+F can be used, but you need to search for /17 and replace with /18 but you may also change the 17th of the month to the 18th.

The safest way is to create a new Date type column and add this formula:

    =DATE1 + 365

Where DATE is the name of your column with the date in it. That works because we know that this year and next year are not leap years.

Copy the formula to the rest of the column and then copy/paste-special (Values) back to the original column.
