update request that will add a new row
I have a smartsheet created to record time for 6 users. I'm trying to set up a weekly update request or reminder for them to update the sheet with their time from the previous week. I'm not seeing a way to do this. Any suggestions?

One way would be to set up a report for each User that shows their entries.
Then set up and schedule to send the report to them as a PDF with a Standard message telling them to check what has been entered is up to date and to add any new items.

You could also use a form, and send a reminder with the form link each week.Β Then every time the form is filled out it will create a new row.

Still looking for an answer to this.
JamesR - I've looked at reports and don't see a way to see their entry history.
CanadaJim - a form reminder causes an update to an existing row if the user has used the form previously.
