Hi There

I'm new to Smartsheet, and trying to see how best to use it for our company, within the event industry. 

I'm working on a large event, and have multiple venues and contractors, which i'm trying to link. 

I have venues A, B, C, D etc 

and contractors 1, 2, 3... who work across all the venues. At the moment, if I have a contractor, say for example our furniture supplier, I want to be able to update their delivery schedule under the contractor sheet, and then it updates all the venue delivery dates accordingly... 

Currently, if couch delivery changes from Monday, to the Tuesday - I have to change it in the Contractor sheet, and then each of the individual venue sheets. 

Is this something that is possible?

Is there a reason why the contractor and venue sheets can't be merged into one sheet?  Not knowing your exact usage for each, you might have a very good justification for keeping them separate.  But, if they can be combined, it would be easy to do what you're asking if you could select the contractor, select the venue, delivery times etc. and then generate reports like "delivery schedules" from that one master sheet. 

Is this possible?
