Removing Users and Transferring Ownership

I'm a new Smartsheet user and I need to remove 7 licensed users from our account and transfer ownership of about 200 sheets. I've downloaded the user access summary sheet and I see the name of the sheets they own, but I cannot tell where the sheet is located. We have may thousands of sheets in our account to sort through and ithout looking at a particular sheet I cannot tell what it's for. Is there a best practice way to remove users and transfer ownership of sheets or should I be using a different report to view ownership of sheets?

If you go into the Use Management under your Account, right click on the box next to the licensed users name. You can transfer the sheets they owned to another licensed user all at one time.

Thanks Stephanie and Travis! One other question, we need to look at their sheets to see if they are private sheets or within a workspace. Is there a way to get a link to all their sheets? The user access summary sheet lists the name of the sheet they own, but no link or info about where it can be found. Do I have to search for the name of each sheet to find it?

If you can't see the sheet in your home page that means that it isn't shared with you. Once you take ownership of the sheets you will be able to see if they are in a workspace or an individual sheet.
