Card View - Add Card button only available when displaying All Levels

Hi,

in Card View the Add Card button is only available when displaying All Levels or Level 1.

When selecting Level 2 the Add Card button isn't available. Neither it's possible to add a card through right-click. 

You need to flip to the All Levels view or else out of Card View and add a task. 

Not a big deal, but annoying - i've been scratching my head for a half hour trying to add a card from within the Card View.

How about displaying the "+" button all the time?
