I am trying to attach files from OneDrive onto a widget in Sights. I can open Googledrive and Evernote but not OneDrive. Is there an issue or something I can do to sort this out as our company used Onedrive
This is a feature that can be enabled or disabled...
Ask your company administrator or whoever is in charge of your smartsheet account to do the following:
- Go to Admin Settings
- Accounts Settings
- File Attachment Options

All collaborators will be able to open OneDrive, Dropbox, and URL attachments. However, to open the attachments from Google Drive, Box, Evernote, or Egnyte, you'll need to have the appropriate permissions in those programs, as well as access to the sheet or workspace in Smartsheet.

Has anyone had an issue where collaborators have lost their editor access to a worksheet? If so, how was it corrected? I have tried removing and resetting, clearing history cache, ensuring Publish:Read Only is OFF, etc. I could rteally use some help.
Like the title says. I wanted to send an email to all shared users of a sheet. I checked the box for 'cc myself' and it cc'd me on each individual email it sent to each user. I received hundreds of emails in seconds all with the same subject.
One of my team member is facing a repititive bug while entering comments on Smartsheet tracker. He has full permission on the tracker and doesnt have any internet or version issues.
