In this time where management wants more hard evidence, as admin I also get more questions on how our organisation is using Smartsheet. Basically they are asking me: Who is doing what and when ... (and is it worth to continue the system)
I find it hard to answer these questions - maybe I overlook possibilities that exist. Please let me know if I do.
What I want to know mainly:
- When did users logon and how long?
- Periodic overviews of changes on the system - specified by user, date and nature of the change.
- Periodic overviews of the documents (and other files) that were uploaded to each sheet, by who and when.
- Who looked at what sheet and when.
There is more, but if I could just have this, I will be very happy.
