VLookup Range Changing - UPDATED - RESOLVED
I have a sheet of VLookups which I get to be working perfectly then when I come back later (sometimes as little as 10-15 minutes) most cells have been changed to "No Match". To fix this I simply have to re-input the range to what it has been the entire time.
If this is how it's going to be it makes this feature practically unusable for me.

At this stage, the feedback that the Smartsheet team was able to give me is that if the reference sheet is sorted then it ruins the VLookup formula. With multiple people using the same master sheet that is being referred to this function at the moment is of no use to me whatsoever. I do hope that this is fixed soon as it would be a boon for anyone using smartsheet in the way my company does.

Smartsheets was able to confirm that you can actually press on the column headers for the range and not have to select individual cells like you would with excel. This has fixed my problem and made things much much easier.

James, I had tons of #No Match errors on LOOKUP a couple of weeks ago after it's functionality was changed during a Smartsheet update. Contact Smartsheet support and they should be able to help you. There was an update on Saturday that could be causing your problem.

In case it's helpful: there haven't been any changes to VLOOKUP since it was released last week. Agree it's a good idea to contact the Support team, who can help diagnose: https://help.smartsheet.com/contact
