We have an employee who has left the company. Their email is listed in the notifications for a few sheets. Is there a way to disable and remove them from notifications on a global level or to see what notifications the email is a part of so I can remove them? Thanks!
Misty, as the Smartsheet administrator for our company when an employee leaves the company I delete them from the list of users in the User Management menu item under the Admin icon in the upper right corner of the Smartsheet window. After that they can no longer log into our Smartsheet space and will no longer receive notifications.

Also, check the settings under Alerts & Actions Permissions so that it's not set to Any email address.

Anyway we can make this view only for security purposes? We would like to prevent users from sending responses to other users by accident.
I am currently setting up an automation for people to get notified through their email, when they are prompted. But is there a way that they can reply in the email of a comment that will then go to the specific sheet. This way they do not have access to the sheet, but can just comment through email with updates?
