If another person (with Group rights) changes a Group that you are the Owner of, do you get notified of the change?

There currently isn't a way to notify you based on changes made to a group. When you have a moment, please submit a Product Enhancement Request using the form under Quick links on the right of the community site and let our Product team know that you'd like to see this feature added to Smartsheet.
In the new USM, are users who are designated as Viewers only able to download/export sheets they are given access to e.g. to Excel?
