Just to be clear, there are Sys Admin permissions (i.e. administrator of your Smartsheet Account) and individual sheet permissions (set by the sheet creator).
Just because I'm a Smartsheet Sys Admin, does not mean that the creator of a sheet shared with me has chosen to give me Admin permissions. My Sys Admin privileges do not automatically grant me elevated permissions in any sheets shared with me.
As an example, I could be allocated Viewer only permissions and therefore unable to edit the sheet (e.g. add columns).
Is anyone aware of a method to inspect the login history of individuals added to your Safe Sharing Exempt List? We feel it would be wise to audit this periodically and then disavow anyone who has not logged in after x months

I have a workspace titled 2026 Activity. I need to create another one for 2027 Activity. All the sheets in the 2026 workspace will be moved to the 2027 workspace including the dashboard. All data must be retained in the 2026 workspace but deleted from the 2027 workspace. How can I make this happen?
