Hi mklakulak,
Just to be clear, there are Sys Admin permissions (i.e. administrator of your Smartsheet Account) and individual sheet permissions (set by the sheet creator).
Just because I'm a Smartsheet Sys Admin, does not mean that the creator of a sheet shared with me has chosen to give me Admin permissions. My Sys Admin privileges do not automatically grant me elevated permissions in any sheets shared with me.
As an example, I could be allocated Viewer only permissions and therefore unable to edit the sheet (e.g. add columns).
I recently upgraded to a paid Pro account. The day I upgraded I could access everything I had created. I created a new sheet and it put it in a new untitled workspace.
