Is there any way that I could obtain an older version of a current smartsheet I'm using?
Hello Marie,Have you created a backup of the sheet? If so you may be able to copy (using ctrl+C) and paste (ctrl+V) data from the backup directly into the sheet. If not, we might have a checkpoint (Excel export) of the sheet stored in our system that has some of the data.
Smartsheet Support will be glad to send a checkpoint to the sheet owner if you can submit a Support ticket letting us know A) the name of the sheet and the approximate time (including your time zone) the data was deleted.
Please note that the checkpoints we have available only contain the grid data and Comments (on the second page of the workbook) and won't be as comprehensive as any backups that you make as your backups will also include a compressed file of attachments.
If you haven't yet started performing backups, I recommend doing so to assist in case of future accidental changes or deletions. If needed, instructions for this are available in our Help article on Backing up your data.
We'll get this out to you as soon as possible!
Kind regards,
AlisonSmartsheet Support
I'm receiving this message every time I try to open my sheets. I'm the only admin user. I have already performed proper troubleshooting, such as clearing the cache, logging in incognito, and logging out and back in, but the issue remains unresolved. It's been a few days, and I'm unable to track our projects and this…
I’ve created an automation that generates a document and forwards it to the individual specified in a cell. The line item also has several additional attachments associated with it. Is there a way to include those attachments with the generated document?
I have an automation set up that copies a row to another sheet each day. The automation itself works correctly, but the problem is that it copies the formulas rather than the values, which causes the formulas to break and return errors. How can I configure it to copy only the values instead of the formulas?
