Setting Up Timesheets


Dear all

Our company would like to use Smartsheets for timesheets.  I have been trying to get up to date on best way to do this on the smartsheet site and also reading queries raised in the community - however would appreciate if someone is able to share a form they have already created with drop down boxes for client names / perhaps work type description - any help appreciated.

Also when the timesheet is returned what is the best way to capture the data for future use and automate this information in a central area for use.  ie we are capturing the client project planned and forecast time in smartsheets and then this actual time will need to also be captured for billing and reporting purposes.

We only have 40 staff & 7 clients so this should be an easy process to implement compared to larger companies.
