How to publish a dashboard

We recently upgraded our licenses and now have the dashboard/portal functionality. I would like to make a dashboard I've created publicly-viewable, but there is no publish tab at the bottom of my dashboard. I can share the dashboard via "Share", but I need a public audience to have access. Does anyone know how I can publish a dashboard?

"The owner and shared collaborators with Admin access to a sheet, report, or dashboard can use the publish feature. "

"System Admins on Team, Business, and Enterprise accounts can limit or disable publishing for all users on the account. "

According to the help files, the above two sentences lead to a conclusion your admin hasn't yet enabled the Publish feature

This is most likely due to Publishing disabled at your company level by your System Administrator. Contact your Smartsheet System Administrator within your company to request Publishing to be enabled. See more details on enabling here.
