Change Colors on Chart Widget

Is there any way to customize the colors on the Chart Widget?  I created three bar graphs and they all automatically assign the colors in a particular order. Ex. I have two data points on each. The first color is automatically 'red' and the second "blue".

Did anyone answer this question for you? I'm also trying to do the same thing. I need each of my bars in my bar graph to be a distinct colour for aesthetics and easy recognition. All bars of one colour makes the chart unappealing.

Hi Taru and Troy,

I think you select "Switch Rows/Columns" in the chart & data Section. This should make the bars in the chart different colors. Then follow the series selection as stated above in the thread to select which colors you want. Hope this helps.

I followed these instructions and changed the colors of the bars in a chart widget in a dashboard. All looked really good until I saved, then it flashed once and reverted to red and blue. Is this a bug?

I'm also having an issue with chart colors reverting when the data refreshes. Is this a known issue and are there plans to fix?
