URGENT - lost data

Hi,

 

We have a master data sheet which has other reports linked to it. We have been doing a lot of changes and updates this week but I've gone in this morning and there's big chunks of data missing. Could this be due to the fact that we deleted data out of the reports linked to it? 

Is it possible to restore from Smartsheet?

Hi,

The reports show you the information from the sheets and if you change or delete something the corresponding sheets information will also be changed/deleted.

There is a backup process you can enable to get recurring backups automatically of your Workspaces. In this case, i recommend that you contact Smartsheet support directly and they will help you sort it out.

I am having the same issue. Chunks of data is missing...

The problem is I have an individual plan and do have access to activity history.  Any help would be appreciated.

Where is the data missing? Sheet or report?

Any filters activated? What kind if data is missing? Rows or specific cells?
